What is P4TP?

P4TP was created to address a perceived gap in the field of management development, teambuilding and change. As experienced managers and consultants we were aware that traditional teambuilding often fails to deliver significant and durable changes in behaviour and performance. Our conversations with business professionals confirmed this perception. Traditional teambuilding is often experienced as little more than recreational group activity, beneficial to short-term team bonding, but doing little for long-term organisational success.
