Neil has worked for and consulted in a wide variety of business sectors and as a manager at Levi Strauss & Co., initially in the UK and subsequently in Europe.
Neil was responsible for managing training and management development, facilitating cultural change through leadership development, team development, workplace diversity, career development and performance management.
Before leaving Levi Strauss in 1999, Neil was HR Director, Product Services, where he was responsible for creating and implementing rapid organisational re-design and change in both the Product Services and HR processes.
Neil is also director-owner of organisational change and management development consultancy Contour Consulting Ltd.
